Please read these terms carefully before using our digital engineering services. By engaging with Liketech Solutions, you agree to these foundational rules of engagement.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Liketech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the liketechsolutions.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site or utilizing our web and mobile development services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Liketech Solutions provides digital engineering services, including but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) provided to you prior to the commencement of any project. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA shall govern.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the materials, content, logos, and data you provide to us for use in developing your project. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon services.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, Liketech Solutions will transfer all ownership and Intellectual Property rights of the final customized code, designs, and deliverables to the Client. Until full payment is received, Liketech Solutions retains all rights to the code and designs produced.
Our custom solutions often utilize open-source frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) and proprietary background tools. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any background technology incorporated into your final product, but you do not own the underlying open-source frameworks themselves.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices agreed upon for your project. Our standard payment structure for development projects is as follows, unless otherwise specified in your specific contract:
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards via Stripe. Late payments may result in the suspension of development services or delayed deployment.
We warrant that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Upon deployment of a custom project, we provide a standard 30-day bug-fix warranty where we will resolve any errors in our code at no additional cost.
After the 30-day period, ongoing maintenance, server updates, and new feature requests will require a separate Maintenance & Support contract. We do not warrant that the operation of any software or website will be entirely uninterrupted or completely error-free over time due to external factors (e.g., browser updates, third-party API changes).
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR DELIVERED SOFTWARE.
Either party may terminate a project contract with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. In the event of termination by the Client prior to project completion, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination based on our hourly rates, or forfeit any deposits paid, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Liketech Solutions and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
